If you develop Coronavirus symptoms, you should self-isolate and get tested as quickly as possible. They will then get in touch with anyone you may have been in close contact with to advise them on next steps.

If one of your fellow audience members tests positive for Coronavirus, you may receive a call from NHS Test and Trace asking you to get tested or self-isolate. We would ask that you follow any advice they may give you.
Can I get a refund if I have been asked to isolate?
If you or a member of your household has been asked to isolate due to Coronavirus symptoms, please do not attend the venue. We have updated our Booking Conditions so that you may now contact the Box Office to request a refund or exchange of tickets for this reason.
Our venue is entirely outside with no covering over the audiences. It can be an entirely magical experience watching the sun break through the clouds during a show, there is something special about outdoor performances!.
Our best advice is to be prepared. Pack a jumper in case it turns cold and bring a hat and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sunshine, particularly if you are watching an afternoon show. Make sure you have some water. Sunglasses, raincoats and rain hats should also be considered.
If its raining will the show go ahead?
Generally yes the vast majority of performances will be completed (as our stage is undercover), we will not cancel the show due to rain unless there is a genuine threat to safety for artists and audiences. If the forecast looks rainy then please come prepared. We will not provide refunds unless we have cancelled the show and 99% of the time we will not.
Will you let us know if the show is cancelled?
Yes we will but this is unlikely to occur until just before the show as British summers can provide changeable conditions and we don’t want to disappoint customers and cancel a show needlessly.
Can I bring a tent or a brolly?
We are sorry but no. The reason is they will affect the viewing pleasure of our other customers so we politely ask that you prepare in other ways by bringing hats and coats
